Experience is vital for very successful professional.
With experience a person becomes courageous.
Theoretical knowledge is not always adequate. If a person wants to learn swimming he can't learn it by reading books and by just looking at swimmers. if he wants to swim he has to dive in the water.

Problem solving

Many a times we try to find out solutions for our problems in our won way; with our vision and capabilities. For effective problem solving it is necessary to give an independent thinking to the problems.
if we are sailing on a sinking boat there is not much we can do for the ship. But if we are not on the sinking ship we can do much more. If we try to get solutions within us then there will be limitations. We need to think differently, independently, and with a broader vision to get better solutions we need to look at the problem as if we are not related to the problem.

संसारात व्यक्ती स्वातंत्र्याला मी खूप महत्व देतो.
तीच्या भानगडीत मी पडत नाही माझ्या भानगडीत ती पडत नाही.
दोघेही आपापल्या मनासारखे वागतो. भांडणच नाही.....

FOR dressing a simple wound you can not call a surgeon. For shifting a PC you can not use a crane. It will prove to be a costly affair. In short before calling aid you must be aware about what are the requirements and according to the requirements an appropriate resource will be put to use.

While hiring empllyees too... job description, job requirements should be identified and a right person be hired accorrding to the needs. if there is a mismatch between the job requirements and the resources you can not get expected result.
